Harry McCullagh

BCL Solicitor Accredited Mediator

Harry McCullagh originally qualified in 1995 and has practiced as a solicitor for over 20 years. Harry also holds a Diploma from the Law Society of Ireland in Insolvency and Corporate Restructuring. Harry previously founded his own law firm in Cork and, as principal of that firm, built a strong private practice.

Harry has handled a significant volume of commercial litigation over the years. Many of Harry’s cases have been contested in the superior courts of Ireland with an excellent outcome for clients.

Harry is hugely experienced in all aspects of commercial property including development, construction, property finance and commercial landlord and tenant. He has also advised clients in the construction sector at each phase of property development projects, from land acquisition through to the sale of newly constructed properties.

  • The redevelopment of Cork’s South Link Service Station, including the negotiation of a new fuel supply agreement with Top Oil;
  • The acquisition, development, and sale of large-scale housing developments on behalf of Ruden Homes;
  • Advising a multi-national client in the life science sector on the sale and leaseback of two substantial office buildings in Ringaskiddy, Cork;
  • Representing Emporium Hospitality group on its acquisition, management and licensing of a portfolio of licensed premises; and
  • The acquisition of Mountpleasant Business Park, Ranelagh, Dublin 6, a prominent business development adjacent to Dublin city center.

Adrian Wall

Kieran Regan

Kieran Regan is an associate with McCullagh Wall specialising in corporate and commercial work.

Kieran works closely with partner, Adrian Wall, and has gained extensive transactional experience during his time with McCullagh Wall, having worked on numerous investment and M&A deals. Kieran also advises on general corporate advisory matters and has built relationships with both early stage and more established companies.

In 2013, Kieran has successfully sat the New York State Bar Examinations and is also eligible to be admitted on the roll of solicitors in England and Wales.

Alan Moore

Alan is a Legal Executive with over ten years’ experience working in general practice and has focused primarily on litigation, both civil and commercial.  Alan lived and worked in Dublin for eight years before deciding to return home to Cork and works exclusively in the litigation team at McCullagh Wall.  He advises on all aspects of litigation to include Personal Injuries, Debt Collection, Mortgage Re-Structuring, Family Law and Landlord/Tenant disputes.
